Open Positions
Front of House (FOH)
FOH Host
- Welcome and seat guests
- Manage reservations and walk-ins
- Maintain a calm, professional first impression
Floor Staff
- Deliver high-quality table service
- Strong menu knowledge
- Efficient, polite, and detail-oriented
Front of House Supervisor
- Lead FOH team during service
- Ensure service standards are met
- Handle guest issues and team coordination
Runner
- Support service flow between kitchen and floor
- Speed, accuracy, and awareness required
Back of House (BOH)
Italian Chef
- Strong background in Italian cuisine
- Consistency, portion control, and plating discipline
- Ability to work under pressure
Commis Chef
- Support senior chefs
- Prep, station setup, and service execution
- Willingness to learn and improve
Pizzaiolo
- Experience with Neapolitan or artisan pizza preferred
- Dough handling, oven control, consistency
- Speed without sacrificing quality
Kitchen Porter (KP)
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Support chefs with basic prep
- Reliability is non-negotiable
